We have operationally audited many organizations mainly in agro-industrial area , on the behalf of our clients – stakeholders or financing entities , as a service itself or as a part of an operation restructuring or processes re-engineering. On 2010-2011, our organization successfully conducted for Romanian Ministry of Agriculture and EU Commission the –EX-POST Evaluation on the implementation of SAPARD Program in Romania during 2000-2008—, a comprehensive assessment process offering a holistic picture on Euro 1,3 billion impact on the Romanian rural development, environmental factors and agri-business.
